MEDICAL Leave of Absence

 

The conditions governing paid and unpaid leaves of absence, due to illness, accident, pregnancy, maternity or child rearing are covered by a number of laws and policies as noted below. In addition, time and attendance rules and procedures may vary based on the payroll on which an individual is employed.
